Payment Request

1. 1.The provincial cooperative office sends the notice to the borrowing cooperatives in advance of 60-day-loan due date.
2. In case of  unpaid debt despite of due date, the provincial cooperative office will send the 2 ^nd  notice to order cooperatives to settle the debt within 30 days since the receipt date.
3. After 2 notices if the cooperative still ignores them, the provincial cooperative office will pass this matter to the legal section of Cooperative Promotion Department to take legal proceedings afterwards.
